The Vision
Snack Lab started in 2023 from a desire to bring delicious, home made snacks and treats to the masses. Hand crafted food, handcrafted fixtures, and a focus on sustainable, local goods. Our favorite part of the theater is the popcorn, our favorite part of the mall are the pretzels, and our favorite part of a party are the snacks.

Heaven's Honey
We’re on a mission to keep farmers at the forefront of our business, to source the purest natural foods, and to inspire farmers to take accountability of how food is grown. We strive to create public awareness of the benefits of honey bees and pure foods alike through our expanding platforms.

Great baked goods come from great relationships between passionate and skillful farmers, millers, and bakers.
Ella & Ollie
Nostalgic memories of stove-top popcorn and family traditions inspired Matt, Michelle and Lily Ella Helms to search for a popcorn of superior quality and taste. Many taste-testings later, we discovered a small yellow seed that popped into a huge, flavorful popcorn. The size, flavor, low-hull, and overall appearance made it a unanimous favorite at each taste-testing party. This became our Signature Popcorn and soon after, Ella & Ollie Popcorn was born.
